Just like other Filipinos, I’d like to know what actually happened? How it happened? Why it happened?
As a senator, now on my fourth non-consecutive term, I am shocked and saddened. I’ve never experienced that level of lawlessness inside what has been a revered and safe Philippine institution. I only want to continue working and be worthy of the everyday sacrifices of the Filipino people, and to deliver what is demanded of all public servants: competent, fair, and efficient public service. I want the Senate to be back on track.
There are allegations that we in the minority were informed of an impending chaos. That’s not true. I left the Senate early because I had a meeting outside the Senate.

Paano nangyari? At bakit nangyari?
