ZAMBOANGA CITY — Vice-presidential aspirant Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan is in awe of the outpouring of support displayed by Mindanaoans during the week-long campaign of the Team Robredo-Pangilinan (TRoPa) in his closest rival’s home turf.
